Way too long life!!

We were quite fortunate to have the privilege to have dinner together with Berjaya Hardware’s person in charge.

He was doing a lot of sharing regarding of his journey in Berjaya, how he personally got involved in the Hardware industry since small, how he hated it last time during kids day, and how he evolve it to one of the most complete hardware shop in Butterworth.

His good friend always come to his shop to purchase Diamond blades for his site projects, previously he wasn’t using CoolMan’s brand, was some other brands, each time purchase is 20 pieces. Usually he will come periodically.

So one day, his friend came and purchase again the diamond blades. He recommend his friend to use CoolMan, he therefore buy 20 pieces of CoolMan diamond blade.

Not long later, (when his friend suppose to finish up using all the blades), he came to Berjaya Hardware again and scolded the boss!

He told him the blade was way too long life until now also haven’t finish using the first blade!

It was our D610 which is used for cutting walls, wait till next time he tries our D630, I think he will complain even more!

Not so sure whether is a compliment or a complaint?

Beijing Trip to Gang Yan 2012

These 2 young, energetic and handsome managers have the privilege to visit our manufacturer, Beijing Gang Yan last week ! Really what an experience for both “Sua Gu” like them!

The main objective of going for this trip is to understand the manufacturing process of our diamond tools.

It was really a “Wow!” experience for both of them. It is now winter time, ranging around -3 to 8 celcius, both of them have to wrap themselves up like “ketupat” . They keep saying themselves they are strong young man, in the end both shiver like mad!

难道眼前的利益真的重要过客户的使用安全吗？

最近我一直都前往工地拜访和了解切割用户使用锯片的状况，看看那些质量是我需要改进的地方。很意外的发现到用户使用瓷砖片（圆锯片）来切割红砖墙和混凝土。

为何选择这个锯片切割红砖墙？他们说因为这个产品很红，很好卖，没问题，所以我就买了。

安全吗？不知道，不过还好，都没事。

您知道切割红砖或混凝土使用涡轮片会更安全吗？不知道。不过涡轮片很贵，至少它是贵过这个片。

其实，瓷砖片（圆-连续齿）的锯片的散热功能是最弱的。不适合用来长时间切割厚的建筑材料如红砖或混凝土，这时会导致钢板面对爆裂或因过热而走样。这可能会因此造成客户的严重意外发生啊！。更何况现在的瓷砖片的刀齿就只有5mm以下的高度。如果切割红砖，我们真的可以为用户省钱吗？说什么物超所值？说什么产品保证？我们身为锯片主要厂家或销售商却因利益而埋没了我们专业的精神，掩盖了客户对我们的信任和期待。

什么是好的售后服务？什么是专业？利益至上或许真的可以改变一个人的思路和理念。

用户会使用我们的锯片都是因为信任我们的产品质量，因此我们更不应该为了利益而忽略了用户使用锯片的安全性啊！

说实在的，我们COOLMAN在市场上是不过是2年多的时光。这些日子里，我们去到哪都不受广大欢迎，我们的销售员处处都遇到拒绝和冷漠的对待，甚至还有些人诬蔑我们到工地花钱要求用户使用COOLMAN的产品。或许是我们价格高，服务不好，质量很差，牌子没听说过等等，但身为领导的我，这些对我来说一点都不重要，更激发了我们坚持一个健康的理念和道德观，总有一天，我们的努力会让很多人认同我们的。

希望我们COOLMAN的团队永远坚守着我们的理念。
